The ED optical system delivers sharp detail, natural colour reproduction and strong image clarity, while KITE’s KDGS-2 gimbal stabilization and KT 3.0 processor help create a calm, steady and immersive viewing experience. The Smartflow stabilization algorithm adapts in real time to hand movement, wind and panning, allowing the binoculars to remain stable whether you are following a moving subject or observing from a fixed position.

Built for demanding outdoor use, the APC Stabilized 42 ED is waterproof to IPX7, gas filled and designed to perform in temperatures from -20°C to 55°C. Despite its powerful performance, it remains compact and well balanced, with all three versions weighing 849 g. Hybrid power support adds extra flexibility: the binoculars can be powered by alkaline or lithium AAA batteries, or by the included USB-C rechargeable Li-ion AAA cells.

A practical APC angle power control system helps conserve power by automatically placing the binoculars in sleep mode when worn in a vertical position. Together with up to 120 hours of autonomy, a spare battery compartment and user-replaceable Li-ion cells, the APC Stabilized 42 ED is made for extended use in the field.

Manufactured in Japan and supported by KITE’s service facilities in Belgium, the binoculars are backed by a 30-year warranty, including the electronic stabilization system.
